Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

It is a good experience to be a part of the Skilliantech family since it is good learning experience and getting good experience. The Company officials and HR Spocs are very supportive and transparent.Skillntech founder & MD Mr. Sudheer Devulapally is a friendly person and easily approachable and always try to motive his employees and make them comfortable with them. Dislikes

The Work Pressure sometimes at the high level and Salary hike and revision doesn't happen even after completing a well hardworking one year though. Also on few occasions the respective HR SPOC doesn't respond to the dropped email consisting of few generic HR related queries.
