... the worst experience I had with any company when it comes to the PF Management. They keep deducting PF from my salary, it hasnt shown up in my account. I've tried escalating this issue, But HR hasnt provide me the clear picture when the pending PF will reflect in my account. It's as if they dont care about the employee welfare. This is completly unacceptable as they also created a situation in the office which made me leave my job also. I am considering legal action if this isnt resolve soon.

...n the name of upskilling , they only want to deduct salaries of thier employee. salary was never credited on time , harrasing employees , every employee is mentally harrased in company.

Once you'll leave SkillCircle and join another company or maybe go for interviews, you will definitely miss the vibes of SkillCircle and the CEO. That's what I realised when I left the company because of the toxic HR manager. This is definitely not a paid feedback. Back when I resigned, the workplace became toxic because of HR manager Suveer. Keeping this thing aside, I can assure you that your skills will be brushed up so much. The people and the CEO are literally chill people you can meet in your entire working career. I have been part of lot of companies including MNCs but I have never been emotionally attached to anyone of them except SkillCircle.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with skill circle. After having a negative experience with their services. I left an honest review, detailing my concerns. Instant of addressing the issues I mentioned, I have been subjected to reckless harassment through repeated for calls from their HR team insisting that I delete my review, this behaviour is not a highly unprofessional, but also unethical. It is clear that skills are is more interested in silencing criticism. Then in improving their services. The constant calls have become intrusive and have added a necessary stress and stress to my life. I believe that a reputable organisation should be willing to accept constructive feedback and make necessary improvements rather than attempting to intimate their customers into silence, this experience has only reinforced my negative opinion of skill circle organisation And I feel compelled to warn others about their practises Think twice before engaging with this company as they seem to prioritise their image over genuinely addressing concerns, the worst organisation ever.
