Teams and managers are supportive. Everyone works in a close-knit manner. 5 working days. Completely remote working. Opportunity to work with different clients and different projects.

... Long working hours as many clients are from US. There are no employee benefits. Delay in salary and job security has also been under threat. Bonding and engagement with team members is very low so it can feel very isolated and dry work experience after some time. Work pressure has also been too high for the past 6-8 months.

Working at Skill Up Tech Pvt. Ltd. has been a journey filled with opportunities to grow professionally and enhance my skills. While there are aspects that might not bring complete satisfaction, the experience has allowed me to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and improve my design expertise. It has given me a stable platform to learn and develop as a graphic designer, helping me prepare for future career advancements.

One of the aspects I dislike about working at Skill Up Tech Pvt. Ltd. is the lack of recognition and appraisal for the effort and dedication put into the work. Despite contributing to projects and meeting expectations, the absence of acknowledgment can be demotivating and hinder a sense of growth and satisfaction within the organization.

There’s a good work life balance. If you are responsible for your work, there is no unnecessary pressure.

Dislikes

There is no proper hierarchy to get promoted and no regular review cycles. If you want to grow, there’s not much scope. If you are okay doing the same job, then it is fine.
