...language and behaviors showed by the management is very difficult to digest. 05. No additional benefit to employees apart from salary. 06. Long working hours. 07. No independent decision can be taken with approval from the owners. 08. Zero work life balance. 09. Not recommended at all. 10. Zero job security, as seen people terminated the day they joined..

Very micro level management, so that employee can't even work their own. They lost their freedom of work. Very suffocating environment. Basically company runs by a marwari family. Always strech the working hours and treats employee like a slave.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
