...SBU head itself. Talking about non sense. 12 hours a day atleast for your job. All employee who are working in this unit looking for job and if got job they wait for salary and leave the company on same day when salary credit because they didn't do full and final well in time.

SKH Sila is a company which manufacture the start of art product which involves purely the engineering concept and R&D. in past we were dependent on the principal company at Europe now we have a strong Engineering and quality team in India who are leading this area now from India

We are dependent on two OEM and we need to accelerate to other leading OEM which is time taken

total waste companies Business head submitted fake reviews and worst person , treat employees like labor and waste employee time with nonsense meetings zero ethics and values top management is silent and no body listen to you daily 12-14 hours working zero work life balance nothing to learn

IF YOU WANT TO LEARN , THE BEST PLACE BECAUSE HERE YOU WILL LEARN IN 6 MONTH THE SKILL WHICH YOU NEED 3 YEARS IN OTHER PLACE BUT TO LEARN IN 6 MONTHS THERE WILL BE PRESSURE AND YOU NEED THE ELASITY BUT FUTURE IS YOURS
