In this company canteen facility was very poor. And large amount of deduction in salary thats was very bad. No travelling facility available.

1.job security -There is no secure ur job when u leave 10 days they rejected ur entry punching 2.work culture- normally Holliday like national Holliday. 3.management-very poor

Worst HR policy Even if you are 1 min late, you get only half a day's salary and have to complete work hours for the full day (no account of what happens to the employees' cut salaries.

...o you, he call you if any time even night time include. Force fully OT given. Very less over time amount to comparison according monthly salary. Hr team is not supportive after your resign you face problem to get your clearance money. There are lot of problems.
