...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

There is a lot of politics & The management don't Address them. Manly Salary is to low Salary must be give based on their education salary must be change not like all r equal because all fingers are not equal fingers. Increase the salary.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. There is no growth in skill of machine operating due to SPM shop availability.
