...: SKF once happened to be highly paying organisation, however not anymore. They always find a readon to not give good salary hikes to individual. Also partiality in salary hikes (in favor of local people) Travel: extremely high travel rate, without considering employee’s comfort. Politics: worst. Its difficult to stay out of it, you will be dragged in to it. Learning: up to individual’s effort. Though good knowledge database is there, noone focuses on learning anymore. Work environment: non ergonomic, non healthy, highly unethical and full of lies. Too bad work environment. Innovation: no importance to the innovation, no encouragement to the employees trying to do something new. Work life balance: almost none. 11-12 hrs work required everyday, many times have to work on weekends due to impractical deadlines.

Salary grade market correction must be done. High level of Favoritism by management employees who stay in the system for long time. Such people bend the company rules to favour their favourite employees.

Bad company to work with. Does not pay well. HR is worst team. They say company will pay variable of 15% at the time of joining. They are complete liars. You don’t even get half. Zero ethics and culture. I don’t recommend anyone joining atleast in Bangalore, India office.

Company offers competitive salary only. Good leave policy. Management is good. On time salaries.Flexible working hours for employees who will work at office.

Increments are average.Not getting very good salary. No career growth and promotions. Company don’t offer salary to senior employees as per their expectation and work experience. Will not get preferred job location even after working more than 10 years. Work pressure is high.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
