...and treats his staff very badly. He has ego issues and thinks he is above law. He thinks If he is paying salary, Employees are his slave. There is a bond of two years, even if you are experienced and company hasn't spend any amount on your development and learning then also company will force you to pay bond amount if you leave before 2 years for any reason either it is personal or professional.

I have worked here for more than 6 years. The work environment was very good. They have a wide variety of projects so the opportunity to learn new things is great too. Colleagues there were very helpful. The work-life ratio is very good. One good thing in their organization is that every 5th Saturday will be celebrated as an outing for the entire team. So there's a lot of fun there too.

Dislikes

Only 2 Saturday are off.
