Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

HR culture totally non existent. There is no focus on performance improvement. Very low scale growth of company. Every year it does only 20-30 MW per year. They insist on hard timings and work from office is the norm.

Not good things and likes of this froud company only bad thing iremember in whole life.....i have Very Bad Exprience ,when we shifted fromsuzlon group of company that time skerion group head understand whole suzlon Land sale account systems but after whole systems of account and process of work they one day give one month notice period and throw away , i have 20+ experiance in suzlon so all working style i know but this guy is politics with me
