The best thing is that this company has an incentive plan. If you achieve the target, you can earn more incentives than your salary.

Dislikes

Many times I have to work straight shift, there is a launch of Half n Hours even in that the managers told me to take a lunch break of only 15 to 20 minutes and also refuse to take an evening tea break. If there is some work in the store at night, then after your shift you will have to stay overnight, if you leave in the morning after completing the work, then also you will have to come to the store by 3 pm the same day, there are many such points on which we can work and improve.

Salary benefits, appraisal and work life balance is good as we get sat Sun off . Sports related brand. Office location is good and environment is excellent.

Dislikes

Experienced some unethical behaviour and non cooperation from HR. Resigned due to bad behaviour of manager but no step taken by HR. 7 more employees resigned within 7 months from same department but no action has been taken.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Skechers company has very good but Ukmc franchise is not good

UKMC has taken master Frenchise of Skechers but theirs work culture and superior behaviour is not good also not getting free space for the work other many more things have to share but I am finishing here👍

Skechers is as pr the name I heard, it's products are very good, comfortable as I heard, I like Skechers is very much.

I was in the Enterview that yr appraisal will be based on your performance. No they do parcel tee whith the staff . What was said in enterview is that be have to so same thing, so same thing is very wrong with us.
