Company has a very decent atmosphere. Staff is excellent & very supportive. Company has a very different aspects and no partiality at all. Dislikes

The shift shouldn't be of 12 hours, instead of 12 hours, it should be divided into 3 shifts i.e Shift A, Shift B & Shift C. Timings 7 AM-3 PM, 3 PM - 11 PM & 11 PM - 7 AM respectively. There should not be 18 hrs shift while changing the shift from Day to Night or Night to Day.
