Don't join: It's not a democratic company. Only one Alpha decides for everything.. Rest all(HR, Workforce, etc) works like a puppet .., Shocking policies (5years locking, not suppose to join an R&D or any engineering companies after this for couple of years, releasing letter will be sent to the next company 'so email I'd.....)..

Bad culture. Sick policies. Bad pay. Delayed salary.

In Skanray i worked for 6 years in Quality and Verification & Validation department. Colleagues and teammates are friendly:), Best part is CEO is easily approachable down to earth person ever seen. More chances to get new work and moving to new department.

... months notice period which will miss our opportunities. No work time balance Less salary with locking periods.

Outstanding technology in mobile xray. It was backed rich investors, can get good package if can really perform. Can get More exposure in wide areas if can connect the people inside. Very caring people.

Need to be more matured to understand which is flowing river and arousen spring.

Location- Mysore was the only advantage. Good for begginers to learn (without good compensation !!!!) as you will working in every area what you see and come accross.

Dislikes

Groupism, terrible management without any exposure and knowledge about market. They talk very nice and do opposite.
