The management team was disorganized and lacked clear communication, leading to constant confusion. Workload expectations were unrealistic, leading to high levels of stress and burnout among employees. There was little regard for work-life balance.

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
