...ou, he himself is a confused person he will come at 12 o'clock in the afternoon. The processes are complicated, micromanagement is there, there are shifts, salary is less, the team lead that I was working with was rude and used to always blaming rather than trying to fix things. manager. one colleague was like he is the boss of this company and used to question us in the team group saying is the task has been done and why it is not done even though that is not his task to ask us and no one used to question him.

Company Culture Friendly Working Environment Helpfull Management & Leadership Holiday Structure is pretty good - if holiday is on any weekend they give holiday on weekdays as alternative day holiday.

Pay Scale is bit less Members worked sometimes in different directions

Dislikes

1. The work environment is horrible, some members from other branches tend to have treat some employees badly, they will rage, and demand work from others, when approaching the management about these issues no action is taken. 2. The salary increment is very low.
