No salary given. No Perks given. Not complying to the agreement. Not ready to give experience letter. Very poor.

This company is worst in IT domain in Indore. It has the worst work culture, very toxic and even people working there has also become toxic. It is management driven company, the boss is very bossy and does micro management on every employee working there. The company and its boss does not give you freedom to express and explore professional opportunity within the company. Its a small scale company running only on the basis of freelancer projects. Does not provide salaries on time. Even implies unnecessary bonds on the employees at the time of joining. Boss needs every employee to queue up and give updates on daily basis, this extends your working hours up to 1-2 hours daily. The most imp point to be taken care about this company is: THEY DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR RELIEVING LETTERS. Ask you to visit the office again and again, keep you wait still do not provide you necessary documents like RELIEVING LETTER AND EXPERIENCE LETTER. Worst company I have had ever worked with.
