Six degrees needs to change their overall work culture, reward the employees who are deserving rather than giving Rewards to the ones who don't work and just blabbers. The senior leadership needs to be considerate towards their employees in case of some personal problem

One person handles 3-4 clients and this hampers work life balance, you end up working beyond your working hours. A few people who are good at buttering can survive. (This happened after founders left)
