Personal and professional life balance, not to much unnecessary work load

Dislikes

No HR department, salary increament very low, no benefits other than salary, bonus, fooding & bachelor accomodation. Site accomodation is very poor

Generally in this company one year prohibition period to get any benefits, salary is given on every 15th of the month,which means we work for 45 days and we get paid 30 days remaining day salary c/o .working hours too high ,no holidays like public or Sunday ,Monday etc . Work wise good but lot of developments to be done to sustain like protocal system,hr department,safety , employee health and his family etc.

Good but all departments to be more strength in the form of system and protocal,roots to be more stronger.

...e Development Private Limited is a Construction company for government projects. Company culture is good but work profile and compensation benefits, & job security is not in here.

Due to the lack of co-ordination with senior and junior staff in entire office.

...wth chances for career oriented people. Company policies are not transparent. Employee appraisal are not fair, Bonus policy also not clear. If employee is not career oriented, then it is a good company to survive.

Dislikes

Top management are not harsh in day to day behaviour. It is a good company to career starters
