I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. Joining as a fresher, experienced in this institute is of no use, pay will around 5k and whole lot of politics from top level management, they threated people by providing phone recording as if nothing was wrong in their side and more over these people don't put you on rolls and even after reliving the experience certificate will not be given please don't get cheated by joining these types of colleges which does not follow govt norms. An experienced candidate can be getting only around 10k, when an education institute is not giving importance to education itself how can we expect dignity for our qualification.
