Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). For fresher it is good platform to grow their understanding about the technical quierries

Dislikes

Do not have proper management. Have to work in low salary where you don't know about the increment process. Whatever their is need of work you have to go through it whether it's not related to your field.

Likes

Best for Boiler & Sugar Industries only. Work culture in Boiler & Suger Division was Very Good & Employees are very cooperative.

Dislikes

In Cament Division, no any updated Software Training arrangement like ERP, Plan 3D. All are working on outdated software. No plan for work completion. No Work shedule. Man oriented Company. No HR. Polycy. Lot of politics in Cement Division.
