Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Likes

Teammates are very good and co ooerative. Learning is very dynamic and training of employee is made only at the time of induction which is just a formality. Career growth is very resistive and subject to buttering and all. No time can be given to the family in urgency and in case you got the leave you will be tortured by medium of telephonic calls which is the worst part at leave. Politics is as usual as happens in any organization. Work environment is balanced and excellent who likes to be workoholic and worst who wishes to be timely comer and leaver. Work life balance is very duraffic and horrible.

Dislikes

There is no way to leave the office early in Accounts department except in case of utmost casualities and emergencies.
