Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

It is founded by person believing in philanthropy and extending help to people who are genuinely in need of help.It is run professionally and on sound principles and qualifying standards.Punctuality and speed is considered to be of utmost importance.Details and background of the cases are studied meticulously to ensure that the help goes to the genuine and deserving.Trust executives are given full liberty to conduct inquiries and ascertain facts.The trust has a totally independent approach and does not encourage recommendations.I was very happy to have received an opportunity to serve the society.

Dislikes

Some people may not like strict discipline and punctuality but I liked it as I myself believe in this.
