Being a big company it does not support employees and have done lay off due to convid. There were other ways too like salary cut can be done rather than lay off . Company has been earning profit like anything but not shring or giving any benefits to its employees. Moreover, In this difficult situation this organization didn't support their employees at all and sacked employees Without thinking how would their families would survive special when there are no other jobs available. They only saved their favourite staffs and have money to give salary to them. This company can pay rent of office building in between 60 to 70lac. But don't have salary to pay to employees. There is a lot of politics and only favourite always get opportunities to grow. If you are boss favourite then your job is completely save. Whatever lay off done was completely based on favouritism. NOT AT ALL Justified.
