... I can always speak up freely. Management is very transperant in all aspects. They give good bonus and appraisals every year. Good learning opportunities. Management organises a certification program almost every year for employees who are willing to get certification. Overall, it's a very good company to work with.

Better package to offer but it’s not worthy as you don’t know how long you will be able to draw that salary.Well it depends on the department but overall this organisation makes too many changes and it’s difficult to cope with work pressure

Undoubtedly the best company I have ever worked with. Management was very supportive, salary was good, though the work load was heavy at times but the kind of work I was performing always kept me on my toes.

The only drawback of working with SITA is third party PF.

The only good thing about company is that you get a good learning scope. Company has a tie up with Coursera where you can do any kind of advanced courses.

Low salary appraisals ...7 percent to 10 percent No promotions till 4 years ...only those get it who like to do licking and politics Micro management U need to work 14 hrs everyday almost ...work life balance is zero My friend's mother died and he was being asked to give backup training and then go My wife was hospitalized and manager dropped nasty emails on why u left in half day without informing your backup about work No one understands here the importance of employee family and circumstances Overall company is good but Indian management ..specially line managers have made it a worst place Women in office don't get worl from home even if they have a small baby or infant to look after Worst place to work
