Extremely toxic work culture. HR Oindrila badmouths the professor. No one is focused on academics but on business. They dont even issue salary slips to full time employees. No work life balance.

Politics badly impacting the work culture and work environment. Lazy people doesn't wont to work nor allow you to work. Full of backbiting and gossiping.

Partiality Overloading of classes Overloading of administrative work Salary discrimination Mismanagement of CS department by HoD as the person is not an academician at all. So overall retention of the faculty members are very poor. HR & management people are very poor quality they don't have even the minimum respective qualifications. They do misbehave with the faculty members.

Dislikes

Sister Nivedita University staffs have no culture and ethics. They always do office politics to mentally harass you. Moreover, I had been sexually harrased and they don't have a cell to report the incident. And if you try to report to higher administration they will retaliate and will force you to resign. This is my worst and disheartened experience with SNU.

Premise. Nice playground. Nice cafeteria. That's it.

Worst work ethics. Have no dedication to students or to faculties. Just want to earn money. That's all. It is a money-making franchise. A business in the name of education.
