Indeed it's been a great place to work. Tremendous functional freedom & employee friendly policies, work life balance & customer centric policies.

Dislikes

Unfortunately, many of the top management leaders running operations were from shut down businesses & perhaps not known to build the new organisation hence wrong choices on retaining specific circles were made, Like merger with Jio was a common sense decision rather than merging with Sinking ship Rcomm. Otherwise it was a Great company to work with.

A great organisation with employee focus and freedom to take risks, learn from mistakes, lot of job satisfaction, great environment, and above all compensated well for all your hard work. Good senior management team.

Dislikes

Hardly any... We would be in a different league but for 2G scandal and subsequent merger..

I had a good experience, they will give proper training about the product work environment and innovation part was excellent salary was little bit low compared to Onroll staffs there is no job security My colleagues are very friendly and helpful

Work pressure is High my higher official do not value individual talents no team outing offroll employee not able attend any programs

The culture, which I liked most at MTS. I got enough space to take decision. Your responsibilities became burden and stressful when you are not allowed to say yours and decisions get on you, but I never felt so and worked under pressure but with pleasure. And the work-life balance in MTS was fabulous, so could manage stress and pressure.

The promotion part of this organization is not good.

Empowerment , freedom to take decision , openness and employee centric policies are best part which I would like to admire.

Dislikes

Not keeping pace with fast dynamic technological up-gradation and stick with obsolete technology , poor understanding of Indian market
