...anged on every week. Never took any leave . No escalation in complete one year. They got some another resources in low package.and management forced to regine in one day. I requested for 60 days of notice period as per my offer letter. Which they gave. But their is no job security. No learning. No management. No HR policies Nothing is in your favour. Better only join if you don't have any other options and keep searching for a better one asap. This is my honest review. It's been more than 1.5 months and I am still jobless.

...reer growth and benefits but consistently fails to deliver on these commitments. As a result, employees are left without salary increases or performance appraisals, further diminishing morale and job satisfaction.

Everything, they don't provide salary on time. No work-life balance, they will ask you to work continuosly without any week off, they don't provide leave even if you are ill. They don't give salary increment. They don't bother about your mental or physical health. Save yourself if you have any other job offer.

Got a decent hike while joining. Not sure how it will be after a year. No clarity on increment or promotion.

Salary delay is normal. Sometimes they give salary after 7th of the month. HR people don't show interest in resolving employee's problems. Medical benefits are not provided on time. No idea how the government is not doing anything about it. Perhaps no one is reporting it.

...oining documents. PO based job if client cancels PO your job will be in danger Salary was delayed till 13th and after that they provide half salary in chandigarh location. No support during job, no training, no future.
