... it's not mentioned in job description, they will not respond for any queries, Next they don't give salary on time They intensionally ignore your calls, Worst management, They intensionally uploaded wrong data in my EPF details Until I forsed to give my UAN I'd they didn't sent me. Please don't join like this Worst company. There is no holidays especially.

Everything, they don't provide salary on time. No work-life balance, they will ask you to work continuosly without any week off, they don't provide leave even if you are ill. They don't give salary increment. They don't bother about your mental or physical health. Save yourself if you have any other job offer.

Got a decent hike while joining. Not sure how it will be after a year. No clarity on increment or promotion.

Dislikes

Salary delay is normal. Sometimes they give salary after 7th of the month. HR people don't show interest in resolving employee's problems. Medical benefits are not provided on time. No idea how the government is not doing anything about it. Perhaps no one is reporting it.

...oining documents. PO based job if client cancels PO your job will be in danger Salary was delayed till 13th and after that they provide half salary in chandigarh location. No support during job, no training, no future.
