With 2 year of working, i have good changes in mill, like Time to time salary given, Suggestions taken from employees for mill growth.

Dislikes

Being Plant shut for 4 year, We work very hard for 2years for the growth of Sirpur paper mill & given production from every machine before expecting date. but We didn't get any benefit from it. May my colleague working in Sirpur get benefit of our effort. I Hope Sirpur paper mill will also get all success like JK Raygada & CPM.

Dislikes

1. 12 hours continuous duty 2. Unsafe environment 3. Criticism to newcomers 4. Abusing new learners 5. Managers behave like cheap people 6. Managers make fake allegations on new comers. 7. Never ever join

Being a reviving unit systems are yet to establish and good for short term experience.

Dislikes

Residential colony is 70 Years old and management has no focus on repair and renovation. It will take at least 2 Years to make colony average to leave there.

Everything was ok till 2008, there after due to subsequent heavy losses mill closed in 2014 n taken over by JK group in 2018..Renovation n restoration work going on....hope the planning goes well n spm achieves its past glory...
