1. Disrespectful attitude towards interns. 2. No food catering facility in the canteen despite the fact there are no proper eateries in close proximity of the office. 3. Performance evaluation meetings delayed for unknown reasons

It totally depends on the management.

Dislikes

As being a small scale company people are much into politics and their leave policy is not so good. Eve you can’t get outlook in your phone if you are not at management position. Also, people are very smart and manipulative. Also, office is not shifted to Road no 27, Asmaco building Thane, and we actually are facing trouble for food as nearby there is no store or canteen. And office only has a pantry area.

It had permanent wfh, that was the only good part.. Very small company mindset but no good aspects of a startup either.. Works in silos.. No career growth.. No clear path.. No professional development.. Its like a dungeon basically

Good to junior level. No scope for seniority. The top layer

Dislikes

The top layer is constant or is formed by bringing in friends of existing seniors. Your performance, loyalty over years takes you no where. Your designation remains same for over 7 to 10 yrs. Employee gets frustrated from lack of promotions n move away. Attrition is high
