Apart from the pay, nothing exciting to work here.

Dislikes

Culture of the company is bad. There is no direction on what needs to be done technically. It keeps changing. No trust on the engineering managers. Company doesn't have a corporate culture. Old folks are favoured even if they are not upto the mark. Lots of issues in the code, stories are dragged for approval, then the team is expected to deliver on ahort notice, way of communication is not professional. Join here only if you care about money.

My experience with Sirion has been good so far. Although my job is challenging, the collaborative work environment, flexible hours, good team members and competitive pay scale has all contributed to my performance and sustained interest.

...st cutting then why you open multiple offices in india. you manipilate investor. you pay like 10 rupees to the employee and show investor that we pay employee 18/- Such a fake person . You did the same with Tiger Global Management LLC. Rest in peace for Ajay Agarwal

Only good thing about this company is that you get salary on time.

Work culture is worst, buttering seniors can only get you promotion, does not matter if you work hard or good..if your senior does not like you they will find silly mistakes in your work and make it big and eventually harass you that either you left your job or they will give you bad ratings untill company will tell you to leave.
