Where is a work there is a responsibility. To hone our skills the organization must have various kind of projects. And i got sufficient time and project to learn advantageous skills. I also like the company policies, work culture its totally next level. I didnt even imagine i got to work with TATA TRUSTS which is leading non profit company. And here Job security is for lifetime.

the work culture is organic and provides enough space to develop, learn, and grow. it provides opportunities to share ideas and thoughts to team and even appraised for its implementation and resulted outcomes. The seniors in the organization is supportive in case of failure and helps to plan and strategize for achieving organizational goals keeping balance in family and office life.

Dislikes

at some point of reference financial and budgeting for implementation process is too lengthy and process biased.

I am very happy to working with trusts, but there are no job security, you end your job after closing project. Then they did not give you new role. They did not merage Tu you other project this is disappointing factor.

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive. Management arranged online training was most useful.

Salary process is very slow. We haven't received the Oct 2020 salary yet. My teammates working in the project with TDD (Tribal development deportment, Maharashtra govt) The tata trust will handover the project to TDD, after the project handed over, we dont know about our future.

I am associated with Sir Ratan Tata Trust with Assam Cancer care foundation .I like the facts about that Trust really care for the enployees and gives ample opportunity for career growth .
