Management is good. They respect faculties. If you work really well, they support us in a great way.

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Study hours. This kills our personal life. There is no work life balance. Four days study hours is hectic and that to 2 days from 8 to 10pm is bad. If they change this and give importance to work life balance, I think many faculties will work in the institute for many years

Regarding COVID 19- College provides sanitizer and scans by thermal scanner before entry of individuals into office, rooms. Avoid people without mask to enter into campus. I am very much satisfied and happy working in this college since 8 years.

During covid 19, there is a delayed in the payment of salaries to the faculties. But I believe that the college and management will pay the remaining amount whenever college starts working offline.

The college is very good and I had a very good experience during my career and very good platform for freshers and also who wants to continue their career in teaching field. The work environment is very friendly moreover I learnt a lot in a very short span of 2 years .. I am very grateful to sir m v Pu college.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
