Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Help from seniors. Amazing collaboration among teachers.Good number of workshops for professional development.

Dislikes

No room for growth of skills. No time to read Subject related books. Lots of work correcting books and papers. It is making students too dependent on teachers. They will never learn to be independent and with this amount of work load, teachers cannot upgrade themselves.
