I was glad to join fintech company but unfortunately could not last long because of toxic people, full of negative people, just doing time pass, no healthy competition,they will provide you good position but there is no value of your position. Road map is not clear, and in the last no customer centric. Hr policy worst........

Complete organisation is not organised.. Pathetic attitude. Both the CEO are big time egoistic. There is no space for learning neither do they take any suggestions from any of the employees. Pathetic company to work with. There is no job security.. They just lay off mass people to save money and later recruit when they feel like.. this is the regular pattern
