The work-life balance is pretty good...2 days' holiday on weekends,2 hours of rest time between the shifts...all seems pretty good...they are giving a handful of leave days for public holidays...the work culture is also nice with no one to monitor us all the time

... properly distributed among the employees....so it may be a problem sometimes...the biggest disadvantage is the salary...they are giving you a good basic salary when you join but the increment after that is pretty NIL...not even bothered to give a proper hike for the senior third national employees...they are very hesitant in that matter...seems like they don't even care..

Nothing... There is nothing to like when you are with racists... Too stingy too...

Dislikes

There is virtually nothing to like about SINOPEC. the key people who are supposed to effect changes are racist and will never see any good in anyone if they are not Chinese... Most of them are less experienced but since they have their brothers in authority, they don't mind...and they will hate you for nothing... We the Nigerians are very experienced in oil and gas but when you show them what they don't know ..they will never appreciate you rather they will tell their bosses that they thought you all that you know...

Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime.
