Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I was enjoyed my work experience at their. Compensation is decent, but growth is good. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8 to12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

The company is constructing Lime and Dolomite plant it is latest technology in India for the first time.I love the fact that i am a part of a team that finance. As a result ,i get chance to travel abroad, especially to the China. But on-site travel is completely dependent on project.the main is situated at China so that i got chance visit china twice. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re hire policy here.
