...king times and cancels week offs. Since on a collapsing course, things worsened. Admissions dwindling every year additional salary problems. Left one months salary and relieved myself.

Travel to three very far off centers.. unpractical. No reimbursement of transportation cost.

If you have enough bank balance and no growth left or dont expect any growth, just want to chill balance of your life line, then, you are most welcomed here. I am not sure if this organisation still exists

Dislikes

1. Pathetic management 2. Money minting business 3. No proper focus on students development. 4. Shifting of blame from senior management to junior level management just to save top managements a#$. 5. Focuss on few branches/students/group of students which they are sure of getting ranks at school level/statate level/national level, others will score the same if they would not have joined this classes.

I like this job a lot as this is the job in which I have got to learn and experience so many things. All apart, this is the job which has raised me to the level where I am standing today.

Dislikes

The job is not a role specific, leading us to do manipulations every now and then.

I liked my fellow teachers, infrastructure and ofcourse students.

Well I disliked the management and politics which was ruining the end and discipline of the coaching. It affected both student and teacher.

The company is Like a glorious platform for me to present the best of me..and also its work with a huge opportunities to command on our skills of each topic.i love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Nothing... because I love my profession and one should have the tendency to accept the ups and downs so it will go easy.
