...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company policy not good. HR is not supporting.

The work culture is good...it was fun working at SGCO...collegues were really very good and helpful. The partners were also ready to help you and would to share their knowledge with their employees and assisstants. The HR policies were little stringent.

Freedom to manage my own team as i want. Also the Director only Asks you what you need, and how much billing will be done for the month. Rest all its your tem and how you run the show. Support staff are Nice and always smiling.

Nothing, no employee perks and benefits. IT dept is too rude. HR is not cooperative and Managers never speak for their team infront of HR and IT irrespective the role of employee. In short you'll get nothing for your integrity and hardwork.

This firm had a name in market, but over the time it is getting down because of bad management. Even they do not consider that why most of their employees are leaving the firm, there must be something which can be improved but they do not care. All they need is cheap labour.

1. No such company policy. They modify according to their comfort 2. During lockdown more than 85% article and executive have left the firm because of the company policy and unnecessary pressure from managers. 3. All the experienced executives have left the firm hence learning growth is not that much which was earlier. 4. This firm has a policy of 2nd & 4th Saturday off. During pressure period an employee requires some motivation to do better and faster work. But what they will do, We will get an email that all the Saturdays will be working. Even employees are already working on Saturday and Sunday but still they will mention that all Saturdays will be working that means they will not give comp off for extra work. 5. If you are working late night, they will not recognize the same. There is no monetary or non-monetary awards for the same like in big 4. 6. If you are working honestly and because of any reason you took some time to complete your work and it gets delayed they will start creating pressure and In WFH it was more pathetic.
