Work life balance is good here and I learned various new things in this 1 year after qualifying CA. I would suggest this is best firm for doing articleship.

Dislikes

Here pay structure is pathetic. They pay very less that I can say I'm highly underpaid even when I'm a qualified CA. Also they don't deduct PF from salaries. No bonus or overtime pay for extra work.

1. All kinds of audit exposure (Statutory, Internal, Tax, Stock etc.) 2. Some of the seniors will guide well but only if you ask them

Dislikes

...rs 3. Management quarrels are quite evident and hence no teamwork in the firm 4. Management is only concerned in reducing compensation to Articles 5. Frequent changes in HR policy always directed at limiting the benefits to workforce. 6. Pathetic work culture

They really have a great exposure.

Dislikes

Seniors are not supportive in some groups. They just scream on you in front of every one. They think you don't have any self respect and value. You will be frustrated at some point of time. too much late sitting. Pel dete hai specially articles ko!

Its a great firm for legal services, and provides great opportunities for Law Graduates, and ensures growth in that proffession.

Dislikes

For IT Professionals its a boring firm to work in, although theres almost negligible workload for IT admins, there's no growth and too little experience and knowledge to gain here. The superiors are never willing to upgrade any technologies as it isn't necessary.

Likes

Working environment was really good. You will get to know what type of working is required at top level. Even as a article-assistant you will be given opportunity to conduct meeting and directly report top management.

Dislikes

Sometime there is huge pressure but that is a part of learning.
