Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Nothing is good here. Behavior of principal is horrible.

Dislikes

Very worst place to work. Specially old female faculties spread rumours against you that you're flirting and kissing to the girl child. There were 4 faculties terminated by school due to this rumours in past. Don't do job here it is better to do anywhere.

Singhania is a good place to work,the management is superb always take care of well being of the employee , always give emphasis on growth of the institute and the employee both. It has a cosmopolitan culture All employees here works with collaboration.

Likes

The School is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. It is the right place for the person who want to learn new things and develop their skills. The management is very good and co-operative for the person who is sincere, loyal and hard working.
