...e regressive mindset . They don't treat people well. Highly arrogant in nature. Salary doesn't come in time . It all depends upon the whims and fancies of the top management. Lower paid people doesn't get salary in time . Those close to top management get salary early . Back office people are treated as inferiors . No growth . Won't recommend anyone .

...e is written they will show you 8 hours but its a habitual more the 12 hours. 3. Never ask for a salary, they generally hold a 2-3 month salary in their hand. 4. HR does not have any knowledge in a particular field. 5. Worst qualities Material with their every project. 6. If your unemployed then better to be unemployed rather to join this organisation.

1. You will be Harassed every day in this organization. 2. It Worst Environment ever I had seen in my 15 years of life, especially in Real estate Sector

They literally called for interview, did the interview, salary negotiation all was done. When joining date came.. HR stopped taking the call and ignored for 3 months. Later on after 3 months called again for joining. They just don't take anything seriously. Very unprofessional attitude of Shubhi Sharma the HR. They don't understand that not everything can go as per their convenience all the time. They proved what was heard about them. It is not a nice place to work. They even hold the salaries as per some girls working there.

Singhania Buildcon is a Good work place and good for learning but not good for job security and pay scale .

Payment not given at time , taken over working time but not paid for it . over work load less salary .

I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. It seems like everyone is working together towards a common goal and I would be excited to be a part of .
