They literally called for interview, did the interview, salary negotiation all was done. When joining date came.. HR stopped taking the call and ignored for 3 months. Later on after 3 months called again for joining. They just don't take anything seriously. Very unprofessional attitude of Shubhi Sharma the HR. They don't understand that not everything can go as per their convenience all the time. They proved what was heard about them. It is not a nice place to work. They even hold the salaries as per some girls working there.

Singhania Buildcon is a Good work place and good for learning but not good for job security and pay scale .

I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. It seems like everyone is working together towards a common goal and I would be excited to be a part of .

The work culture of company is very nice. Over all growth in career can be pursued because it is core construction company deals with construction of all type of residencial, commercial and high rise buildings and hotels.
