Unexpected job policies: stay or switch?

I recently switched jobs with a 48% hike, and my current in-hand salary is ₹35K. But after joining, I realized a few important things that weren’t mentioned during the interview. 1. No Phones or Bags Allowed – We have to keep them in lockers, which I wasn’t informed about before joining. 2. Working Saturdays – HR said all Saturdays are working but assured that one Saturday off per month would be introduced soon. I can't see that happening anytime soon 3. Phone Policy Confusion – When I asked HR why this wasn’t discussed earlier, they said it’s only for two months and won’t be the case at the new location (which was discussed earlier). But some old employees say the same rule applies there too. 4. Leaves – We get 21 paid leaves a year. I’m already thinking of switching. Would it be too soon to leave within 3 months, or should I stay for at least 6 months? Also, since I just got a good hike, how much can I ask for in my next job?

No leaves, Salary not on time, Unprofessional and unorgainsed company, NO work-life balance in this company , unsecure job,no designated profile you will work on , they can move you anywhere and you by force has to do it , forget about Job Security and work satisfactions these words are not listed in their dictionary.....you will meet pulkit who thinks whatever he does is right and we have to follow even if its wrong and its not on our profile and has to follow the same ...... anyways all the best who has joined and who is going to join

They do not give PF.At the time of joining they say that when you complete one year then the company will give you one extra salary or you will get a bonus equal to the salary and when your one year is completed then they do not give any bonus. I have worked for 01 year in Singhal Industries Private Limited.

...Pvt Ltd. I join this company as a Digital Marketing Executive in September 2024. I used to have a lot of problems working from the office, here all my problems are over by working from home, Salary comes on time here. I enjoy working here, All the senior and HR of the company behave politely. My experience at Singhal Industries Pvt Ltd has been positively good. It is a place where employees are valued, Salary paid on time and opportunities to move up are given and I have experienced stability while working here.
