Lots of suggestions from technical seniors at Instantly. also If the work is running, there is no issue with the materials arriving at the site. The materials reach the site within 2 to 3 days of the request. The most important thing is that all the projects of Singhal Enterprises are very modern and technically new things are known.

My experience is awesome. I learnt a lot in this company. The staff and employee are so supportive and coperative in nature. The senior and the project manager motivate us and encourage my work. , this will give me give me the motivation to work and help me to improve my skills

Just for taking experience in power plant it's good.

Dislikes

Work environment is very terrible in field. Too much dust and poor cleanliness. Bad management. Politics is the way to succeed there your work doesn't do anything. Job security is none of there buisness they don't care about there employees.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
