There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

In 9 years plus Journey I received many Awards and Rewards in recognition to my work, our Management was very Nice to us ( Especially for Performers) yes 100% Job security was there , very cool working culture for work - life , Company's policies are the Best in the Industry.

Management should hold and respect their True n dedicated Manpower...apart from Sales Department no other Department like P&D , Logistics and HR was that much accountable for any shortcomings.

CSR department jo ki girls k lya kaam karta hai or saam people jo office ma work karte hai sabhi acha hai.

Only Rajniti Pasand Nahin Hai office mein jo log Kam Nahin Karte unhen appreciation Milta hai aur jo kam karte hain unhen Kuchh Nahin.
