It was my first experience which was really worst than my current company. 1. Delay of salary for months. 2. No proper guidelines 3. Work culture is so bad where there is no security nor support for the superior. 4. They no to get the work done. 5. I still regret my self to start my career in Sindhu Cargo services 6. I have still my 3 month salary still pending. Non of our managers are responding my call nor supporting us. 7. I have also spoke with the HR stuffs too, but no respond. I kindly request you to not to join such company.

There is no job security worst company I ever seen till now they never paid in time salary and salary and structure also worst we have to request for our salary and after resigning they never paid full and final settlement so many employees Overall the company is worst.

The company is cargo services company.my team is good team.while working time am only take leadership a d complete all work.company support given fully to us.its good company on working basis.

Company not provide last 4 months salary. Work pressure also so much..am working every day up to 14 hours and late night also receiving clients ph calls.from last 3 years we nt have increment and bonus also.it is no growth combat from last year

Somewhat learning is better, not up to the mark, I worked individually so no teamwork experience, I learned myself most of the things by myself, got little time for learning,

Not good experience, partiality , politics, less salary, no growth, poor work environment, they used to extend working hrs without prior notice,

WE CAN LEARN MORE THINGS IN THIS COMPANY. IT LIKE LIBRARY. ONE CAN GET IN DEPTH KNOWLEDGE ON SUBJECT.

YOU WONT GET SALARY IN TIME. ALMOST 05 MONTHS SALARY PENDING FOR EXECUTIVE LEVEL. POOR SALARY HIKE, 2 YEARS ONCE THEY WILL HIKE SALARY. BONUS IS WE SHOULD NOT EXPECT AT ALL.
