The culture is amazing to work, they have a wfh policy that cn be opted anytime. The management is great and give you good exposure.

The compensation is particularly low. No transport facility for day shift.

People pretend to be good to you. Also the VP & MD is real life idol and true inspiration. He always keen to keep employee centric culture.

Dislikes

Many, no motivation to lead, they don't groom their employees lot's of favoritism, very poor and old method of appraisal cycle, entire year they will not attur word but in the appraisal form they will mention every single things. Bunch of micro management. No motivation for promotion, one of the sr manager and DM do culture, language and religion determination, which is insane. All bol bachachn we are in international office, but they only speaks in hindi and always rejects candidate because of poor english communication. Bloody Hippocrates!! Always appose marathi language, which is very controversial.

Work life balance is good. Culture in few projects is good.

Dislikes

Sincro after merging with Ansira, leave policies are reduced,micro management started. Company lays offs employees to show profits instead on working on fetching new clients to grow. US management is okay, but Indian managers are micro managed. Job security is reduced. No carear growth and less hikes. No onsites opportunities. Monotonous work. No minimum facilities/ benefits for employees like coffee, refreshments, parking space, car lease. Sicro act as contracting company to Ansira to run their IT business

I worked in the company around 1.5 years and good thing is which like the person MD Ravi Motvani is best person I have ever seen in my life because of him company runs smoothly and people are quite satisfied.

Dislikes

Worst thing is politics, one of Manger Sudesh Shinde who does not have little common sense because of him many people left the job and never wanted to be there again he does lot of biasness..he never be a good leader and company should think about this kind of people
