I have a bad opinion in this institute because not given correct time to time salary for employees no body can go here because his very cheater

Working atmosphere is good .for senior staff it's a very good hospital fresher's can learn from seniors.All teams in the hospital are very friendly .there is a good team work of doctors ,nurse,technicians and other departments

Dislikes

There is no graduvity even after completion of 5 year.no bonus at all.50% of concession to hosp staff only for medicine and investigation.insurance only for husband wife and children

Company policies are best, work culture is perfect, Team members are very coordinating in all works, Good place for developing ourself.

Good exposure to super speciality departments and can learn a lot of things

One of the worst work culture,Dr Sangeetha,the medical superintendent has zero knowledge to run a super speciality department,promotes people who just flatter her,they also tend to be unprofessional and rude.Same for Munira,CNO Rachita Mohini,DMS Dr Suresh is a disgrace,don’t know why dentists hold management positions,senior staff nurses are terrible to work with,some male senior staff nurses have a perverted behaviour to patients,but the HR team headed by Solomon doesn’t care.Dr Vikram is the only fair and just person.
