Employee benefits in Simpolo are zero (ye kya hote hai? -- DEKHTE RAH JAOGE) no PF, no medical, no insurance, no bonus, no LTA HR system like ACHAAR (pickle) for owner to soothe and hiding major faults in whole system. Managers are corrupt and they take bribes from juniors. Your all qualities and goodness will be useless in one side and another side flattery will help you to grow here. (Bade chammache promotion lenge) Be prepare for all this or be aware before you are taking any decision for Simpolo.
